The repatriation program allows you to obtain Romanian citizenship without the need to invest or reside in the country either before or after receiving your passport. The procedure consists of several stages, at each of which we take on most of the tasks, including preparing documents, submitting applications, and actively interacting with government agencies to make the entire process convenient and simple for the client.

After that you have to take an oath within six months on the territory of Romania. During the ceremony, you recite the oath in Romanian and receive a temporary certificate of citizenship and a citizenship card.
After the oath ceremony, you will be entitled to apply for a Romanian passport. This can be done either in Romania or through the consulate in your place of residence. In order to obtain it, you need to submit a citizen's card, biometric data and pay a state fee of 50 EUR. Since March 2025, Romania has introduced modern electronic identity cards of the new CEI generation, which gradually replace traditional ID cards.
